Barefoot Yoga can provide yoga sessions to benefit children and young people by providing classes within nurseries, primary and secondary schools. HBSSPAN has partnered with Barefoot Yoga to provide schools with a set of Key Stage specific yoga videos to enable children to use this discipline to help build resilience during the current pandemic.
