Join our first ever Hinckley and Bosworth Inclusive Steering Group

Hinckley and Bosworth Inclusive Steering Group

In an effort to develop our inclusive activities offer across Hinckley and Bosworth, Active Hinckley and Bosworth are looking to create the boroughs first ever inclusive steering group. Please see the attached poster.

We are looking for local individuals to join our team, to work together to create new inclusive projects, support the development of current inclusive clubs, and most importantly be a voice for our disabled community.

If you are interested in being part of this group, or would like to pass on the details of someone you feel may be interested, please email (contact details below).

We want to hear from YOU

Additionally, we are putting out a quick 2 question survey looking to reach families in the Hinckley and Bosworth area. The survey aims to get some feedback from families regarding what inclusive activities they currently do and what they want to see more of, to give us some direction when planning for inclusive activities in our new commissioning plan. The link to that is here: We would be very grateful if you could complete the survey, or share with any parents, guardians, carers, children & young people, or anyone with lived experience of SEND / wider disabilities you know of or work with that may benefit.

Hi, I'm Jess and I am extremely passionate about encouraging and developing physical activity and health across Hinckley and Bosworth. I love all things sport and have myself been running competitively for the last 12 years! I am excited to support all residents of the borough in becoming more active, in ways right for them.
