The Round the World Challenge aims to support people with a learning disability to get out and get active in a way that is flexible, fun and empowering. The Round the World Challenge is all about turning hours of fun sports and physical activities into a round the world adventure.

This year's Active Champions aims to recognise the hard work individuals, sports clubs, organisations and schools have undertaken to help others keep active and healthy this year. Nomination forms are live on our website and the deadline closes on Monday 24th November, with the social media campaign from the 7th December.
The Active Friends Scheme aims to provide our residents the opportunity to walk with one of our Active Friends Volunteers, to encourage and motivate you to go outside into a safe environment. Active Hinckley and Bosworth (formerly Hinckley and Bosworth Local Sport and Health Alliance (HBSHA)) is a collection of people who have a desire to develop and promote sport and physical activity opportunities in Hinckley and Bosworth. We have representatives from the local authority, schools, sport clubs, sports centres, volunteer networks and wider community groups such as disability groups.
