    Knee Raises. Sit in an upright position with knees and feet together. Hold chair arms for support. Raise one knee, keeping bent then return to start position

    Knees - Leg Extension. Sit in an upright position with feet and knees together. Hold onto chair arms for support if required. Extend one leg, keeping knee straight. Point toes upwards and bring/tilt foot back towards you as far as possible.

Active Hinckley and Bosworth (formerly Hinckley and Bosworth Local Sport and Health Alliance (HBSHA)) is a collection of people who have a desire to develop and promote sport and physical activity opportunities in Hinckley and Bosworth. We have representatives from the local authority, schools, sport clubs, sports centres, volunteer networks and wider community groups such as disability groups.
